Sparkling Waters is located in unincorporated Okaloosa County, 3 miles west of Hurlburt Field in the Florida Panhandle. Waterfront lots and common area have a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound and Santa Rosa Island (barrier island). The subdivision consists of 42 developed and undeveloped lots. There are 12 boat slips on the community dock, as well as individual and shared docks on waterfront lots. Close to local shopping districts. The Santa Rosa Mall is located 7 miles to east.
